PHASE 1 – INITIAL CONSULTANCY

Being an initial process of recognizing the problem/challenge of potential clients, it goes through different phases, from drawings, to advice, cost estimation and guidance on the project to be undertaken.

PHASE 2 – PRELIMINARY PROJECT

After the first consultation with the client, the sketches/drawings become rigorous together with the 3D model, reaching a point in accordance with the client's wishes.

PHASE 3 – ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT LICENSING

The licensing process is the stage of authorizations necessary for the legalization of the construction process. During this phase, we are responsible for coordinating the specialty licensing project that encompasses stability calculations, acoustic design, thermal design, water and sewage networks, rainwater, fire design, telecommunications installation, safety and health plan, between others.

PHASE 4 – EXECUTION PROCESS

At this stage it is essential that the project is detailed, this will give you much greater control over the process and budget to be implemented. Detailed drawings, with measurements and work map, work planning and an appropriate work methodology.
